Accor Unites Asia Leadership to Align 2026 Strategy

ZETIZENS.ID – Accor, a global hospitality leader, convened more than 300 General Managers from across Asia, together with its global leadership team, for the Asia Leadership Conference 2026, held from 3-5 February 2026 at Novotel Manila Araneta City in the Philippines.
Under the theme “THRIVE,” the conference served as a strategic platform to align priorities, exchange insights, and equip leaders to drive sustainable growth and high-performance results across the region.
Designed for senior hotel leaders across Accor’s premium, midscale and economy portfolio, the three-day conference combined forward-looking business updates, market outlooks, and operational deep-dives with interactive workshops and peer-led knowledge sharing.
Discussions focused on evolving hospitality and tourism trends, commercial performance, guest experience, talent development, and responsible hospitality practices.
The programme featured senior Accor executives, industry specialists, and strategic partners, offering practical perspectives and cross-market insights to support stronger decision-making and execution at property level.
